100 Grays Inn Road

Welcome to our dedicated public engagement website for the redevelopment of 100 Grays Inn Road.

We are pleased  that our proposals for the UK’s largest full timber structure, net zero office building at 100 Grays Inn Road were approved unanimously by Camden Council’s Planning Committee in May 2023. We would like to thank everyone for taking the time to speak to us about the proposals for the site, providing invaluable constructive feedback, much of which has been taken on board and incorporated into the final proposals for 100 Grays Inn Road. You can view our planning application for 100 Grays Inn Road on Camden Council’s website.

We are currently running regular Construction Working Group meetings with the local community to share details about the ongoing construction process on site and answer any questions that people have. If you would like to join the Construction Working Group, please Contact Us and send an email to 100graysinnroad@kandaconsulting.co.uk.

If you would like to view presentations and meeting minutes of our previous CWG meetings, please head over to the archive page.

If you have any questions about the proposals or want to speak to a member of the project team, please head to the Contact Us page.
