Global Holdings is pleased to inform you that they have now received planning approval from Camden Council for the redevelopment of 100 Grays Inn Road. Preparatory construction work for the site, which will include the partial demolition of the existing buildings, is scheduled to begin this summer, while overall construction works are due to be completed in December 2025.
As part of our commitment to ensure that there is continued dialogue with the community throughout the construction process, we are forming a Construction Working Group to give near neighbours and members of the local community an opportunity to meet regularly with the members of the development and construction teams.
These meetings will provide you the opportunity to discuss the construction plans with the construction team, and to share your views on these plans.
The first CWG meeting will be held via an online Teams call on Thursday 20 July 2023, 6pm-7:30pm.
We were hoping for the first meeting to take place in-person, but due to train strikes and the upcoming school summer holidays this has unfortunately not been possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
